High Vitamin E Foods List
Capsaicin kills "mitochondria of cancer cells. What foods contain this chemical?
I know that foods rich in vitamins A, D and E are all good to reduce the risk of cancer, but I've also read somewhere that capsaicin actually destroys mitochondria cancer cells (kill), although no harmful effects on healthy cells. Others have even said that capsaicin causes cancer cells to 'Suicide'. Does anyone have a list of foods with capsaicin in them? PS – Obese people have higher rates of cancer because cancer The fat cells love, so be sure to stay away from fatty foods.
