What vitamins and minerals work together?
I want to take advantage of the fact that some vitamins and minerals are better absorbed when taken with certain other vitamins and minerals. I’m already aware of the following:
Vitamin E and Selenium
Vitamin C and bioflavenoids
Vitamin D and Calcium
Are these accurate? And are there any others that I should know about? I am particularly interested in Zinc and Vitamin A.
