Maximum Vitamin E Dose

What is the best dose for glucosamine and chondroitin can anyone tell me a little more about them?

I suffer from early arthritis of several joints, but my big problem is apologizing degeneration in my lower back causing referred pain and stiffness due to muscle spasm. I read a lot of information about the benefits of glucosamine, chondroitin y. What dose should I take these supplements as a chronic victim, (as opposed to someone who has no problems I have now)? I have seen the advertising providers different doses of these supplements ranging from 100 to 1500 mg. What part of the high dose may have on the body before passing the remainder as waste (as in vitamin C)? Is there any advantage of taking the maximum dose? Can anyone recommend a provider that is cheap – supplements appear to be quite expensive if you go to the street (ie, Holland and Barrett).

Here's a suggestion. WEB MD Have you tried however, to any information? I use glucosamine from time to time to the knee, joint pain, but I have no knowledge in milligrams other than the website I suggested. Look down, maybe I can help?
