Is there a problem if they get wet dreams?

hello, I have 31 and have no sexual relationship in February 2008. Since I'm not thinking much about sex or relationship, but do not masturbate. I get hard-ons and sleep I feel I could ejaculate, but not wet. In addition, 5 to 6 months ago, i got check with the doc and tested my semen and urine for infection. He pointed out that I'm having an infection, also having few drops of semen in the urine as medicines prescribed some zinc tabs multi-vitamin + i, he had taken. Later I tried it again and the doc said now is fine now. Is there still something wrong with me I'm not getting wet dreams or is normal at this point is, not wet dreams? Do I need to see doc again? All necessary changes in my diet? I hope some expert-level response, thanks.
