  • Guacamole with crudités: homemade guacamole from avocado, lemon juice, chili sweet, tomatoes and garlic served with vegetables cruditÚs.
  • Shrimp and avocado salad: fresh avocado served with prawns, salad, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Baked potato with grilled cod: cod fillet served grilled with baked potatoes and steamed vegetables slightly.

7 Day Detox Diet Dinner Ideas

  • Chinese vegetable stir fry: Stir fry vegetables such as bok choi, onions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts in a little olive oil garlic and ginger. Serve with rice.
  • Baked salmon with baked potatoes: Bake a salmon fillet and serve with a baked potato and steamed vegetables.
  • Tuna and prawns with noodles: Gently fry a selection of vegetables such as onions, mushrooms, peppers, and leeks in a little olive oil. When browned, add a handful of prawns. Cook for a few minutes, then add canned tomatoes, mashed tomato, black pepper and tuna canned in water. Bring to boil and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve with rice noodles.
  • Sweet and sour stir-fry with rice: Sauté chopped vegetables such as onions, peppers, sweetcorn and mushrooms. Add canned pineapple (in fruit juice) canned tomatoes, tomato puru vinegar, white wine and honey. Bring to boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Serve with rice.
  • Potato and bean casserole: pan fry vegetables such as onions and carrots in a little olive oil with garlic. When browned, add potato cubes and fry for a few minutes. Add new vegetable broth, black pepper and your favorite beans. Bring to boil and simmer until it thickens casserole.

7 Day Detox Diet Snack Ideas

  • Fresh fruit or fresh fruit salad
  • plain yogurt mixed with honey
  • Plain popcorn
  • A handful of nuts or unsalted seeds

It is important to note that you must stay in this 7 day detox diet plan for one week. You must feel healthier and have more energy when finished.
