What dose of Omega 3 fish oil should I take to treat acne? What about salmon oil?

I have been following the instructions in the bottle (1000 mg three times daily), my skin is much better, but I'm still struggling a bit with large grains as cysts. I am thinking, because in my system will continue to improve my skin. I've been taking for about 2 or 3 months. I've also been taking Evening Primrose (1000 mg three times daily), Acidophilus, Aloe Vera (25 mg once daily), alpha lipoic acid (100 mg once daily) and a multi-vitamin. Yes, I try to drink 2 liters a day. I do not drink a full glass of fish oil, however.

Are you sure you're drinking enough water? Fish oil should be taken with a full glass of water. Excess water will probably help with acne, too. Before you start to add more supplements, try a month of at least 80 oz of water a day.
