Omega 3 fatty acids?

I have yesterday Bluebonnet Omega 3 suppliments. It is mentioned that each capsule is 1000 mg of Omega 3 (pure salmon oil) … 120 mg of EPA and 80 mg of DHA. How many capsules should I take each day to get the recommended daily value of omega 3 … also, if more than one capsule required daily, "I can take once or at different times should be during the day?

I do not know if there is an official value of omega 3 fatty acids, but after doing some reading, it seems that 1g recommended to most people. As each of the capsules and has 1,000 mg, which is only 1 g, only have to take one pill a day.
