Salmon oil is rich in omega 3 which also known to be good for the heart. I haven’t heard of this that was good for hair growth. And one more thing, melanin is responsible for hair growth. B-complex is which I think that helps in boosting our hair growth process. But it will be more great if we do further research about this.
