Salmon Oil Nutritional Values

What is the effect of heat on-3 omega fatty acids while baking the salmon?
I started eating salmon is an excellent source omega-3 fatty acids. Usually I bake in the oven at a temperature of 425 degrees for 20 minutes (as suggested in the bag in question). I wonder if this is right. This is what I have read a website on the effect of heat on omega-3 fatty acids. "Polyunsaturated oils, including Omega 3, are susceptible to damage from heat, light and oxygen. When exposed to these elements for too long, the fatty acids in the oil oxidizes. This not only alters the taste and smell of oil, but it also lowers the nutritional value. More importantly, the oxidation of fatty acids produces free radicals, believed to play a role in the development of cancer and other degenerative diseases. "If I prepare salmon on the way I described, you still retain their nutritional value? If not, what is an easy way to prepare it without losing their nutrition? Thank you.
Ture himself some damage, but not a significant amount to lower benefits of fresh fish, I am a former boss of mine and also the oven, either openly or in a foil packet with herbs and other flavors (this also decreases the smell in the house cooking, poaching is also another way of cooking fish and limit the damage gentley nutrition. If you want to brown lightly in a skillet salmon to seal the juices and other things, place on a foil bag, add a little onion, garlic, fresh or dried herbs (I like tarragon), a juice spalsh Lemon, I am in a diabetic diet low in calories, so use a light butter-flavored margarine, but a knob of butter and salt and pepper fold the edges over and pop in a 375 F oven for 10-15 minutes d per pound or per inch of thickness is a good rule too.
