Who likes salmon burgers?
I have I am hungry, but I'm in class right now so I can not eat. burgers salmon sound great though. If you never had, here is a recipe: 1 can (approx. 7 ounces) salmon 1 egg 1 / 2 cup cracker crumbs (cookies oyster will do, just crush them until well pass) 1 / 2 tsp. salt 1 / 2 tsp. pepper 1 / 2 stalk celery 1 onion, chopped olive oil, enough to cover the bottom of the pan Mix salmon, onion, celery, crackers, pepper, salt and egg in a large bowl, then using your hands, make patties with the mixture of ingredients, place the olive oil in skillet and place one or two burgers on the skillet at once. Do not flip the pancakes! Break down easily. Cook until golden brown and once finished, squeeze a little lemon juice over them. RICO!
