Selenium Vitamin E Cancer

Ok, so I have made a commitment to take 50 pounds Ive got PCOS and cancer ovary. Im feeling better, feeling good, so I've been at this for over a month. This is what I'm taking: Multivitamin ALA Picolante chrome green tea selenium, folic acid, vitamin C Tonalin Omega 3 (fish oil, etc) digestive enzymes Calcium Vitamin E Ginko Biloba apple cider vinegar'm eating mostly healthy foods and lean proteins, chemicals to 1400-1500 a day, 30 grams of fat. Im mixing weight training (light) with high intensity cardio 4 to 5 times a week for one hour at a time. I drink all my water, plus an 8 + cups a day Am I doing well? I've been doing for a month or so and I lost some inches because My clothes fit better, but not scale weight … well i havent weighed myself in 3 weeks. I hate the scale. lol me on the right track?
Sounds like you are to me! Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat … I go by inches and is fully expelled scales of my life! You'll be much happier that way =) Good luck and keep at it! Get yourself a tape measure and stay healthy!
