Superdrug Vitamin E Skin Oil

The cellulite cream that really works!
I have a wedding to go to soon and I have been trying to find the right dress for ages. You know what that is, nothing is quite right, too short, too tight, too flowery. Anyway a couple of weeks I've found it – was perfect, flattering, comfortable and easily could go from day to night. I was so happy, but as I was wearing I could see my ass in the mirror Oh, wow., All I could see was dimples! Well that was it, I do not want the dress, I did not want to go shopping, I just wanted to go out and find a solution.
I've had a real Fortunately in recent years in face creams, body wraps, devices to hit the legs until they are raw, all with little effect.
Surely something should work?
Well an aromatherapist I know gave me a cream to treat and after 2 weeks I can see a big difference. My skin is smoother, tighter and the dreaded dimples are much less pronounced. So what this cream is great? How much does an eye face?
No, and I will tell you exactly how.
First cheaper to buy a bottle of body lotion normal, I think I have a vitamin E with an expensive boots that 77P was huge! ( http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=24877&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051 .) Superdrug also do a very good base lotion. Make sure it is as clear as possible, and odorless liquid instead of cream.
Your local health food store is almost certain that sell essential oils, you will need a bottle a bottle of rosemary and fennel. Must be pure, essential oils, not only fragrances and not mixed with anything else.
For every 2 ml of lotion that you need 1 drop of essential oil. 150ml body lotion contains That's why I use 75 drops of oil. Into the body lotion (150 ml), add 45 drops of fennel and 30 drops of rosemary oil. Remember that if your bottle of lotion is a size different, change the number of drops accordingly. Shake vigorously (good arm workout in the business!)
No need for this 3 times a day or a massage yourself for 30 minutes a day, just use instead of your normal body lotion every day, after a shower or bath. If you have a minute to massage this will help, otherwise just slather on. Because the lotion is quite fluid, it sinks quickly so no need to wait ages before getting dressed.
Set as part of your routine and you'll soon see difference.
Please remember, the essential oils are very strong. If you have sensitive skin, use less oil (maybe 50 drops per 150ml lotion) and do not use on broken skin.
So while we are dealing with this cellulite cream fab what else can we do?
Good glass of water charges. This keeps the skin plump, filling dimples.
Of course things boring also make a difference. A healthy diet with "so little" toxins as possible will help. Keep alcohol, fast foods and soft drinks to a minimum and have a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins like fish and tofu.
Exercise keeps the muscles toned firm and minimize the appearance of dimpled fat.
In general, all the things we do to look after our health!
Vegetables are very good at helping get rid of cellulite. We should have at least 2 or 3 servings of vegetables a day anyway (and 2-3 in fruit), so one of them green. Dandelion leaves are large, tasty and nutritious, but also support the liver in removing toxins the body.
Try this nice salad for dinner:
Mix a large cup of spinach, arugula, watercress and dandelion leaves.
Cover with a few radishes, cherry tomatoes and chopped red pepper.
Drizzle over some good olive oil olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pepper.
Serve with a piece of grilled salmon and a couple of baby new potatoes. Keep the skin on potatoes, since many of the nutrients are just below the skin.
Yum, what a perfect summer meal!
Have a week healthy, and I want to know how the cream. I'll see if that dress is still there.
