Vitamin E Blood Thinner

Anyone else cold all the time? I recently realized that if I take a vitamin?

E a few hours I'm hot. I realized it works because I used to take for a healthy heart to learn that we can actually be bad for your heart. But I'm hot. Weird. Do you think blood thinning effects of vitamin E in some way helps the circulation and warms a person? You do not have a thyroid condition. Thanks for the info. Always I tell people, they act like it can not be true, but it never fails. Henry, thanks for the tip. I have been anemic in the past, but lately the blood has been acceptable. I do not know what causes it. Walk every day and eat healthy. I still think that over time I find out I have a throid problem because I'm very thin but eats lot. Oh, well!

Vitamin E, in addition to blood-thinning properties, also has a mild vasodilator effect, allowing more to move blood to the arms and legs, hands and feet. The movement arrived in these places will be hotter! So your thinking was right:)
