Vitamin E Cholesterol

vitamin e cholesterol
Why is mega doses of vitamins is not advisable when taking niacin to lower cholesterol?

I was told that the use of Pravachol NIACIN Instead of saving money, since both reduce cholesterol. i was warned not to take megadoses of vitamins. What is a mega dose? Is 400 IU of vitamin E or 500 mg of vitamin C megadoses considered?

Because Niacin is derived from vitamin B … is asking a lot of his liver … Also an overdose of this type of vitamin is bad for the liver and can cause an enormous amount of medical issues, such as gout, diabetes type disorders, liver problems. I would call the pharmacist to find out about vitamin E or C, in addition to niacin.
