What I can do to stop my hair from falling so much?

I have 23 females and my hair falls out more than usual. What kind of vitamins should I take or what it can do what you can stop falling out so much. I am already taking a multiple vitamin, Malcolm "Calum additional. Vitamin E, B vitamins, iron and acid folic. Please help, I am very worried.
