Vitamin E Dosage Dogs

Are there supplements that improve the condition of my dog?

My rat terrier had surgery 6 months ago for the cylinder of the 5 discs in the neck after hernia and pressue put on your spinal cord. He has been very much pain free and return to normal until this week. In the morning it is stiff and sometimes for jeeps night. I give the correct dose of aspirin for pain, but I was wondering if there is any real benefit of either vitamin E or glucosimine? Or if there is something more than Maybe I have not read about yet? (Trying to avoid Rimadyl for liver problems)

Whqat would do if it was my dog is taken to a veterinarian holistic. They can do really amazing things with both acupuncture and chiropractic treatments. One of my dogs has calcium formations 2 places on the neck and was in great pain, putting his back because of it and had 2 chiropractic treatments for back, and 3 acupuncture treatments and laser has been great. Glucosamine works for joint pain should consult your vet if it would be beneficial for your dog.
