How I can treat eczema on the face and neck?

i have eczema on the face, neck and my arms and hand. I've tried steroid creams (the long-term effects are not worth it to you) and just made my skin very thin. and I've tried most of the Aveeno products as well as products and simply cetaphill stop the itch, redness or swelling. and I would like to try organic treatments to help the root of the problem, not only control scabies. so if anyone has any idea? I have already tried the application of pure vitamin e oil to the affected areas, but does not really help. dermatologists haventreally offerend no real help either. so if there are any suggestions we will gladly take them!
