What is the effect of too much vitamin E?
Vitamin E in excess can interfere with vitamin K. This, in turn, affect coagulation when you have an injury involving bleeding. Also, if you are taking an anticoagulant, will intensify its effects. Note that vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which means it is stored in the liver which can cause toxicity.
