Vitamin E Face Mist

Hi I have suddenly got 2 pimples on the face and one on the lower eyelid. what may be the reason?

Few things I have done differently in the last week are: 1) I started mixing some fruit in my cereal (such as raisins and dried pineapple, etc) 2) i have started using body shop vitamin e face mist (may be reaction to it?) 3) i have started taking slimthru. (It is a weight management program that helps you eat less.) Ok now plz tell me what is the likely reason most of these spots on your face.
