Vitamin E oil?

Is it okay to leave the oil in ur hair or do u have to wash it out. ? It is also well to mix aloe vera gel, olive oil, vitamin E oil and hair treatment. do u think it might be harmful? I have no sensitive scalp, hair needs to be hydrated reality. its always so dry, the hair has actually increased since I started doing my weekly aloe vera and olive oil treatments. and he even mentioned something about the mixture of oil Vitamin E and olive oil.
