Where I can get vitamin oils?

I'm reading the questions about how to get really nice, healthy skin, and many of the say responses to treat oil vitamin A, vitamin E oils etc I know you have to drink water and eat a healthy diet, but I have no inherited shock (not know your call, exemption? (Sp?)) On the backs of my arms and face (right in the lower jaw) are not really noticeable, but it bothers me like to have a smooth skin and skin tone (which are a bit pink) .. lol Where I can get these oils, and what else I can do?
