Vitamin E Itchy Skin

The backs of my ears are dry, itchy and cracks … I need help with your treatment!?

The backs of the ears are very dry and itching, and crack and bleed when I scratch it, although I try not to. I have tried Neosporin, vitamin E, and now I'm putting Lubriderm: Intense Repair the skin on it, every day, twice a day. None of these things seem to be working, and now it is getting worse. First I only behind ear, then two, and now I have it under one eye as well. It has a crisp feel and really need help to leave. Can you please recommend creams, gels or other treatments that might work? PLEASE?! I want to save go to the doctor for my absolute last option. I know what I was going to give because my sister just as I have when I was my age, and burns REALLY, REALLY bad, almost as if your skin is on fire. So please do not tell me to go … : (
