What vitamins should be taken daily?

Without going into the vitamins that are specific to each person … but in general … You know, how zinc, vitamin e, vitamin A, so I'm curious to know what vitamins you should take daily and how much to take. I'm trying to start a healthy lifestyle more, and it is this one of the steps you want to take. That along with going to the gym and eat better. Moreover, any stimulus in terms of eating better … I am a busy busy girl (18 units in school and employed full time job!) and eating right is hard enough, and I'm also tight on money … so trying to find the time and money is my biggest problem. Any suggestions or comments?
