Vitamin E Lightens Skin

Does the use of vitamin A and D3 and E, of cutting open the gel caps, help protect the skin, or reverse the signs of aging?

How is vitamin A in the gel cap of different A retinol? Do any of these help to reduce wrinkles, speed up cell renewal and / or lighten the skin? I mean to cut open the tops of gel and applied to the skin. I did a couple of times with no adverse reaction, but will it help? Anything that is sure to increase turnover of cells or tighten the skin? (= Weight loss saggy neck especially) Help vitamin C? If so, how, please? Thanks!

Get a little brown sugar and olive oil mixture in a bowl … put in a container with lid … Keep it in your shower and exfoliate gently with him in his face and body every day .. is soooo wonderful … I always do this even when I am being lazy .. Oh, and the extent of vitamin C.. I found a liquid, a gel capsule and have used it before .. . burned, but worked … so now I mix a very small amount of C with a lot E.. I seek or mashed foods that are natually high content of vitamin C in them … .. such as strawberries I used orange juice then wiped … I used tea bags in the eyes .. I dipped in chocolate .. I have sat in a bath of geliton .. I have found a seaweed wrap in saran wrap … I made a bowl of oatmeal and ended up in my face and neck … I ate a banana thinking "hmmm .. I wonder .." then ended up rubbing the inside of the shell around my hands to see what would … just try different things … I have even made some facial excersize .. I liked and felt comfortable with some not yet feel were good … I even made some of my own until I find out what worked … whatever works! Trust your instincts and try to keep a diary of your experiences … sure that you have a good mirror and try to light so you can see the before and after … if you feel that something doesn't work .. no luck … Trust yourself to know what is best for you … good and above all … HAVE FUN and be happy!
