How to get fuller, plumper lips naturally?

I make my lips look more plump and big and meaty, but do not want to use surgery or chemicals, etc. I wonder if there are ways to accomplish this by using common ingredients daily from the house. I do not want recipes for plumping lip gloss with gel capsules of vitamin E or something like that advanced. Thanks in advance

Rub your lips with a toothbrush, this gets rid of dead skin, but it hurts a bit .. but really pumps you. Use a nude / pink lip liner to line your lips. Apply a matte lipstick or even the lip liner all over your lips. Just put bright light on the center of the lips and even better to use a plumping gloss.
