Synthetic vitamin e VS natural vitamin-e? What is the difference? Which is better? HELP! 10 points?

Why on earth in the sale are two different types of vitamins confuse people? What's that supposed to mean? Why even take things synthetic? But my question is what is the reason behind the sale of synthetic vitamin E? Is it as powerful / less powerful / not healthy for you? I do not know, but I made synthetic type 2 capsules for 2 months and now I am soooo pissed because I feel like I just put junk in my body and it was a waste. I know the difference now (DL-alpha) is the wrong type. And you know what the worst part is that I bought the kind of nature made brand so I thought it would be natural, since it is "the nature did. "Still no one has any knowledge about this?? Make me feel better Umm and how IU is supposed to take anyway and for how time?? I would feel much better if you guys helped me. THANKS!
