Vitamin E Overdose Effects
Effects of multivitamin overdose?
Okay, say hypothetically, a teenager was to take 7 multivitamins at once. What would happen? How dangerous would it be?

Vitamin A, D, E and C
Thiamin
(Vitamin B1)
Riboflavin
(Vitamin B2)
Niacin
Vitamin B6
Folic Acid
Vitamin B12
Pantothenic Acid
Iron
And if anyone wants to know why I’m asking this, me and my friends having a discussion about my multivitamins, no lectures please.
Haha, Are You Experienced had me slightly worried there until I read the pokemon part – which is good! 
My friend would gladly have me overdosed just to see me sing anything regarding pokemon 
They would have diarehha and lots of it. The iron would be the big problem because of the overdose factor. My kids got into a bottle of vitamins one time and ate all of them. The poison control center said since they didn’t have iron in them, it would just cause massive diarehha. The iron would have probably killed them.
