Vitamin E on Accutane?

If I take a tablet of vitamin E, while Accutane helps with old acne scars? I've heard that vitamin E helps healing. I'm afraid if I use vitamin E lotion, a species that would add oil to the face and fight the tip of Accutane. A pill supplement has the same effect? And it really works well for scars?

I just finished 6 months of Acutane and allmost all my scars have disappeared, but that has not yet started to leave until last month. Also for help, I religiously use cream and vasoline citaphil daily. The vasoline also help lot.
