Hello, I have a vitamin E cream to apply at night to make anti-aging skin nn my brilliant soft. But the problem is that it doesn't slip n very hard on my skin easily ?…. Is it safe to apply on my skin of the face …. will help me with n anti-aging benefits that my skin soft? … please help!

Yes, the sticky are usually concentrated and if you try those in capsules (supplements drinks u), are very sticky. To apply, wash your face first.
