Vitamin E Requirements

To lose weight and vitamins?

I'm on a weight loss regimen quite structured. My dietary needs are more or less complete of vitamin filled foods – ie, fruits and vegetables at each meal with some protein like chicken, turkey, fish or pork. Is it necessary supplemented with a daily vitamin pill? If so, what is recommended? A multivitamin or something more geared toward my age, gender and health status.

It may not be necessary to take a multiple vitamin but take it as an insurance policy. It appears that your diet is well rounded, but still could not hurt to take a vitamin basic multiple just to make sure you have all your bases covered. I really do not deal with all specialties vitamins because really no reason or benefit and cost will be doubled. I recommend taking a vitamin good foundation has 100% of all vitamins and minerals.
