Vitamin E Rich Foods List
Superfoods multivatamins place?
Instead of taking a daily multivitamin, I feel like I absorb nutrients better if I get them what I megasources name, or foods that are overburdened with one of vitamins and minerals. Overload I do not mean only the rich in that nutrient, ie food which a portion gives you several times a day for that nutrient needs. To do that, I have to make a list of all megasources. This is what I have so now, and wants to make sure it is accurate, and I want to fill the gaps. I refer in particular in the antioxidants, as can be seen. Vitamin A (retinol): Liver Beta Carotene: Sweet potatoes, Vitamin E: ????? Zinc: oysters Selenium: Brazil nuts Clarification: I would not eat a whole serving of these every day. It would have a fraction one (ie, one of oysters, a Brazil nut, 1 oz of liver, a small amount of sweet potatoes, etc)
I did not want to eat because you megafoods should have no more than the daily intake of vitamins unless told my doctor that he owes.
