Rosehip Oil for healthy skin?

Apply some Vitamin E oil to the skin after bathing. However, recently I read that Vitamin E Oil has no direct effect on the skin surface. It only works when you have vitamin E in their diet. I have, however, heard that the rose hip oil has an effect on the skin – maintains and improves the elasticity soft. Is this true? Is there any evidence out there?
