Vitamin E and Skin? What do you think?

I have heard of vitamin E (both topically and internally), causing a large amount of skin miracles (curing stretch marks, wrinkles, acne, scars, etc.).. I want to try it in my face at night but I was afraid I might break my hypersensitive skin. If anyone has any knowledge about the relationship between vitamin E and skin would be great to know!

Vitamin E is fantastic for your skin hair and nails. I would be careful if you have super sensitive skin, make sure that all natural vitamin E with no additives and should be OK because its all organic. theres nothing wrong with trying, it works wonders for chapped lips!
