Vitamin E Topical Uses

Natural remedies for hormonal acne?
I never had acne as a teenager. Only when I turned 25 I started to have a problem with break outs on chin worse about a week before menstruation. My intuition is that they have high levels andogen (hormonal imbalance). I have combination skin and this appears to be a problem with overactive oil glands on the chin. I do not want to take birth control or any medication prescribed, since they are a last resort. Topical ointments do not work for me because this problem is more than skin deep. I have also had mild anemia a heavy drinker, age 17-25. During that time, I had this problem and I wonder if alcohol consumption might help prevent this?? I do not want to drink again, so I'm looking for other natural remedies. Currently I take vitamin E, fish oil, B complex (for anemia), and calcium.
Acne by its very nature can be considered a hormonal disease. Hormones are responsible for the maturation of the sebaceous glands in the skin. This is why children do not experience acne. Several times in our lives when our hormones can become unbalanced and wreak havoc, such as puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and, well, any time you want. More specifically, acne may be precipitated by androgens, male hormones present in both men and women. The oil surplus created by these hormones may serve to clog the hair follicles where bacteria grows and causes acne pimples and blemishes. Hormonal acne is seen mostly in women due to natural cycles a woman goes through such as menstruation, pregnancy and menopause. Because of this, doctors sometimes prescribe low dose birth control pills and / or blocking androgen receptor to reduce stains, keeping constant androgens. In my opinion the best way to cure hormonal acne is using natural remedies you can find around your house, or can be purchased cheaply in local stores. There are many natural remedies that can be used, some work better for other people, some not so good. Here I will mention the ones I have personally used to eliminate my acne, and those that are most effective. Just remember, the skin type of each is different so that these natural treatments have different outcomes in different people. You can use lemon juice and rose water to combat your acne. What you do is simple, 50% mix lemon juice with 50% of rose water to create an effective, apply the solution to your acne infected areas, and not out after 30 minutes or less. Or you could go for the method of fresh garlic, fresh garlic applied to their living areas at night, leave overnight, then washed in the morning. It really is as simple as that. If you are consistent implementation of these solutions, then you will be free of acne sooner rather than later!
