I have read this statement on the Internet – "Physicians who advocate more sun say vitamin D made the sun never reaches toxic levels. "Vitamin D comes to the useful level, then sunlight destroys the surplus," he says. "" Does anyone know what level in the body iu the sunlight begins to destroy the surplus – iewhat is the highest level of vitamin D the body can tolerate for a couple of weeks, months or years without any harm being done? (Here I am not thinking about the damage they can cause sunburn, but the damage of excess vitamin D by mouth may cause.)
