Vitamin E Toxic

What are the toxic levels of vitamins A, B, C, D, E, potassium, calcium, and iron and its symptoms?

I'm trying to make sure to obtain enough of these without getting too, but I can not find information, even Google (just get personalized ad sites for mixtures of vitamins or levels for children) on what the "Too Much" and what the levels are the symptoms of toxicity. I've been following all this in my food diary, so I know how much I'm getting, I do not know if it's a good amount or too much. I am a 31 year old woman with red hair, so that calcium and iron are great for me. Love to have links if possible.
