Vitamin E Toxicity
Multi-Vitamin Overdose?!
Ok, now that I have been interested, my question is in vitamin A, D, E and K. These are the soluble vitamins fat, and from what I understand are the ones that you need to make sure not to take too much. These vitamins if taken in large doses for too long can cause toxicity. Sooooo …. I've ever heard is about the people who take vitamins every day, and get your daily value of them … But what the additional burden of vitamin in their diet. "Take the value of their daily in pill form, and then get another dose of vitamin D in your diet cause toxicity over time? Never heard of this in magazines medicine or anything so I figure that does not have to worry about it. What do you think? No se. Perhaps the toxicity occurs only when approaching a 10-20x ?.?.? the recommended value
Yes, toxicity is well above what one might get from food and vitamins as a whole. It takes a lot to be toxic.
