Vitamin E Value
You are taking a supplement of vitamin E and a multivitamin daily vitamin E too?
I am taking supplements of vitamin E (400 IU 1333% of daily) and Omega 3 fish oil supplements (1000 mg), is there any problem with the also take a daily multivitamin (which holds 100% of daily vitamin E, 30 IU). What worries me an overdose of vitamin E, since I know the vitamin E is fat soluble and may get too much, but if There is another problem with the power of the three, I would like to know before getting started.
I do not take vitamin E supplements and multivitamins. that's probably too much vitamin And you are right and which is soluble in fat! I got one or multivitamin supplements. Are you sure you do not receive vitamin E in your daily diet? I think the oil omega-3 fish is perfectly fine.
