Vitamin E Varicose Veins

vitamin e varicose veins
How much vitamin E is too much for a nursing mother to take?

Do high doses affect baby? I have a friend who needs to take it for varicose veins and clotting concerns, but also doesn’t want to hurt her baby.

Vitamin C with bioflavinoids and/or grapeseed extract are also helpful for varicosities and blood clot prevention. 500 mg of C should not be quite safe and helpful.
