If you had a caesarean section (on the care of the incision)??

I wanted to ask if any of you apply some kind of topical cream on the cuts to help lower after surgery. I have heard 2 conflicting statements about this. The first is that you can use Cortizone, although I'm not sure why not, but I imagine it can function as an anti-inflammatory, any other ideas of why Cortizone? The second thing I heard is that I do not want bc put anything in an increased risk of infection. That might be true as well, unless based on the duration of their status from the surgery itself and cons for quality alert you immediately. In general I would have thought of vitamin E oil, but then why not this or any other specifically mentioned in healing cream instead of Cortizone (also mentioned strips Neosporin). If you requested something, what it was and had to "wait" some time to implement it? Also please specify if it was your doctor's suggestion or your choice of what is applied !!!!!!

Do not apply anything to my scar and it is not even visible now. I seriously have to look the same. Now I am pregnant with my second child and have no fear of another injury, since they are not visible. If I were you I'd just let nature take its course and let it heal on their own.
