Wild Salmon Oil Omega 3

Omega 3 fatty acids?

I eat about 3 servings of wild salmon captured a week for my omega 3 fatty acids. But I've read that the omega 3 in fish are EPA and DHA. I also read that omega 3 is most important that ALA can actually make EPA and DHA. If oil i also take flaxseed to get the ALA, or is it enough fish.

Fish be sufficient unless you have a problem with cholesterol or hardening arteries after flaxsee taking oil is a great complement. It can not hurt.
